About

Quality workmanship is at the heart of everything we do. With 2 years in business and a small, dedicated team, we focus on precise tile installation and floor replacement that’s made to last. We never cut corners, even when the job is more complex or time‑consuming. While some competitors may be cheaper, we believe in doing it right the first time so you can enjoy beautiful, durable floors without worry. We listen carefully, communicate clearly, and don’t consider the job complete until you’re truly satisfied. If you’re looking for reliable, detail‑oriented tile or flooring work, we’d be happy to help you plan your next project.

Very very happy with my floors. They did a very good job! I have already talked to them about future projects! They were on time, worked hard, very nice and cleaned up afterwards. 5 stars all around!! Great price for such an amazing job! Thank You!

I’m very happy with Lanza Services! From start to finish and our first communication to the last Lanza was excellent! He scheduled the work to be done in a timely manner, showed up on time, and completed the work in less than a day. The floors look incredible and make such a big difference in my small house. I will definitely hire Lanza Services for future jobs.

Lanza finished our floor in less than a day for an extremely fair price. They were very professional and we could not be happier with the results
