Lanza LLC responded quickly to our inquiry, gave us a quote with 24 hours and were able to start the work within a week. Our walk-in shower tile was completed in two days, and the guys were friendly, punctual and cleaned up their work area each day. We’re happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for tile work!

It is hard to find honest, fair, and reputable work, but I found it through this company. They were professional and really put care into everything they did. They don’t take shortcuts and prove that through the quality of their work. They offer a lot of different home renovations, but I can only speak to the work they performed for us. If you’re looking to have new tile, vinyl, or baseboard installed, I highly recommend Lanza! I am very grateful to have found them. I look forward to using this company for future projects! Once again, thank you for your hard work! You made our new house a home! This is a house we are proud to come home to! We really appreciate you!

Lanza did a great job on our floors! We had previously gotten our floors replaced but the grout was cracking after only a couple of months. Lanza let us know our subfloor wasn’t properly installed so he came back and was able to completely fix the problem and install our tile. They were able to reuse some of the old tile they were so loosely installed previously. I will be using them again.

Working with Marcivaldo was a wonderful experience. He was on time, responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. His quality of work was outstanding and you could tell he cared about the final product and our happiness. He and his colleague had great attention to detail and were clean and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend them for backsplash and flooring. We had a fantastic experience with Lanza Services. Both men were extremely friendly and hard working. They were not the cheapest quote, nor were they the most expensive. I am super happy I went with all the positive reviews I read here on Thumbtack and decided to have them do my tilework!!!
