Did an excellent job on installing replacement tiles. Some of the old tiles that were not being replaced got chipped at the edges during the replacement process, I was impressed that this contractor was responsive to my concerns and came to do follow up repair work when I asked.

I had a tile floor installed in a new foyer and the work was very professional and done quickly. I highly recommend Lanza and would use them again if I needed additional work done.

It is hard to find honest, fair, and reputable work, but I found it through this company. They were professional and really put care into everything they did. They don’t take shortcuts and prove that through the quality of their work. They offer a lot of different home renovations, but I can only speak to the work they performed for us. If you’re looking to have new tile, vinyl, or baseboard installed, I highly recommend Lanza! I am very grateful to have found them. I look forward to using this company for future projects! Our walk-in shower tile was completed in two days, and the guys were friendly, punctual and cleaned up their work area each day. We’re happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for tile work!
