- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After we talk and decide on a direction and general details, you'll receive a quote, priced to include all pre and post time required. Before the day of the shoot a deposit of 50% or $300 whichever is less guarantees you that day. the remainder of the fee are not required until the job is complete and you are satisfied!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's have a short discussion regarding your project and vision to make sure we are a match and on the right page. After that, we'll discuss when and where the project will take place. I am very flexible and have zero issues staying later than agreed upon or going the extra mile for you. My edits are fast and clean. Lighting is sharp. Sound is crisp. We're not done until you're happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in marketing as well as 16 years worth of experience as a top-performing direct response and advertising writer, including video. 4 years experience editing and working with video and audio.
