Brent responded very quickly to a bed bug scare at one of my rental properties. He was able to meet with the tenants, make an evaluation based on close observation, and determine that treatment was not necessary. The evaluation was at no cost and I appreciate his honesty and not just recommending treatment. Hopefully I will not need his services any time soon, but I will definitely reach out again after my positive experience. Thank you!
