We had the good fortune to enjoy meals prepared by Adam and Stephanie on a number of different occasions. Not only were the meals tasty, they were plated beautifully, colorfully and with much thought into combining complimentary flavors. Adam and Stephanie are a pleasure to work with. They tuned in immediately by understanding exactly what we had in mind for the events they catered. You won't go wrong using Thyme to Serve as your caterer.

Adam and Stephanie enjoy cooking and presenting food that is fresh, provides interesting tastes, and looks gorgeous. We had a series of salads that paired beautifully with a juicy chicken and sliced, grilled steak that was cooked to order. And the desserts were chocolate accompanied by berries. My mouth waters......

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are always looking to take updated classes to learn more about our trade. This summer we will be taking classses in the Culinary Institute of America. We also enjoy teaching classes to adults and children. This trade is always changing and there is nothing better than learning from others so that your ideas and food are never stale. We enjoy catering and believe it should never be thought as a job but, rather, an opportunity to allow friends and clients to relax and enjoy their special day and event.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Gourmet with a twist. Always trying to pair type of the line quality food selections with a client's specific event. Always want to give the client choices rather than a set menu for each particular event.
