- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always looking to take updated classes to learn more about our trade. This summer we will be taking classses in the Culinary Institute of America. We also enjoy teaching classes to adults and children. This trade is always changing and there is nothing better than learning from others so that your ideas and food are never stale. We enjoy catering and believe it should never be thought as a job but, rather, an opportunity to allow friends and clients to relax and enjoy their special day and event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Gourmet with a twist. Always trying to pair type of the line quality food selections with a client's specific event. Always want to give the client choices rather than a set menu for each particular event.
