- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All menus are customized to your needs. Pricing is dependent on want you would like on your menu. We work with all budgets to get you the menu that is best suited for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out with the event is for ie.: office party, personal chef. Once the event is established I want to know how many people. Then we talk about the food, any allergies, what type of foods are you looking for. If you would like a sit down dinner or buffet if it is an event, or do you want plate dinners or one pot meals if you are looking for a personal chef.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute of Montgomery County Community College.
