- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free video chat through Google Meet, Zoom, or FaceTime, or a free phone appointment. An on-site consultation has a $100 retainer credited toward your job. The retainer is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. Project pricing depends on the size and condition of the area, ceiling height, access, preparation, and the finish you need. Photos and approximate measurements help us review the scope; some projects need an on-site assessment before a final price can be provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a brief description, clear photos, your project location, and your preferred timeline. Request a free Google Meet, Zoom, or FaceTime video chat, a free phone appointment, or an on-site consultation with a $100 retainer credited toward your job. Ask for our online consultation request form—no phone call is needed to get started. We review your request and confirm the appointment and next steps. We generally need 5–7 days’ notice for project scheduling, although earlier openings may be available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background is hands-on training in drywall and finishing. We grew up learning the trade on job sites alongside our fathers and have continued building that experience through installation, repairs, taping, finishing, and texture work. Smooth Drywall Services LLC was founded in 2021.
