The workouts are fun, varied and always challenging. As I have made lifestyle changes toward being healthier - I feel that I have a true partner in Lisa. She has worked with me on so many different muscle groups and overall cardio fitness my health, body and spirit are all stronger. Each time we go through something new she demonstrates just what a strong and effective teacher she is both my modeling the exercise and patiently giving feedback until my form improves. She is such a strong teacher that many of the exercises she has taught me I now can do at home. Lisa has a variety of videos that she has available for those in-between work outs along with those times I can't make my twice weekly workouts.
