- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system isn't really that complicated. I think my website spells everything out for the customer. The real complication is diagnosing what's wrong with your computer, because what the customer might think is wrong, isn't always the case.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been messing around with computers since the age of 10. Tearing them apart, putting them back together, and building them from the ground up. I knew from then on somehow computers would be in my line of work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs are virus removal and wireless network setup.
