Todd, Matt (owner) here. I apologize for the inconvenience. After investigating, based on our call logs, it looks like we called several time for appointment confirmation. We also texted. As you can imagine, we have a lot of folks who forget about their appointments. It is a total moral killer for our design consultants to show up to an appointment where no one is home when they could have visited someone else. To keep our team happy we have a policy that all appointments must confirm with us. Certainly was not intentional! I wish everyone would remember their appointments so we dont have to have a confirmation process! Hopefully someone great took care of your project needs!

The Remodeling Authority came through and inspected/replaced my roof after damage from a bad storm. Clayton was awesome and managed the entire process from insurance communication securing full replacement value to installation and follow-up. Will definitely use Clayton & The Remodeling Authority again in the future for any interior/exterior home repair/installation needs.

Matt and Justin approached me after a storm and performed an inspection for damage after another company told me there was no damage. There was in fact damage and they were able to work with my insurance company and get everything approved and the new roof installed timely. They did a great job and were friendly and easy to work with.
