I recently had my roof replaced by The Remodeling Authority due to a hail storm that caused damage to my roof. The team from The Remodeling Authority that I worked with was Chris, Dylan, Jim and the installation crew.My journey began with a free roof inspection by Chris, which revealed hail damage to my roof. I filed a claim with my insurance company. The Remodeling Authority submitted very professional quality photos to my insurance company showing the damage. When the adjuster came to my property, Chris was present to answer any questions if needed. My claim was approved.From the point of approval to installation to final payment was very easy.On the day of installation Jim was in communication with me several times keeping me posted of the progress. When the shingles were removed, it was found that my decking was very bad and needed to be replaced. Jim immediately notified the insurance company and sent pictures with a supplement claim.The installation crew was very competent and did quality work.Chris and Dylan supervised most of the installation to assure all went well.In my opinion my experience with The Remodeling Authority wa very positive. I would reccomend.

The team at The Remodeling Authority did a great job finishing our basement! Gerald originally quoted us on a deck extension but we pivoted to finishing the basement and he and his team rolled with the changes. I would 100% recommend The Remodeling Authority and will be using Gerald and his team for future projects.
