- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on fair pricing and work with many budgets.. We do go by the "you get what you pay for" attitude, but we also will not hesitate to help another out if need be. We are here to make your project look the best it can be and proudly stand by all of our work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with getting to know the customer and get a better idea of their needs so we may pursue them in an honest and timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've started when I was 16 and learned a lot from hands-on experience but also made it a point to take time to update my knowledge of all the best and latest techniques to better serve my clientele
