- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to talk with the bride or bride and groom together to get an idea of what they want their wedding to feel like. I use this meeting as an opportunity to find out favorite styles, colors, flowers, and basic info such as date and location of the wedding. From there I work up a quote specific to each couples needs and wants for their wedding and send the quote to them along with photos of each type of flower that will be used and a sample photo of bouquet styles and centerpiece styles.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I suggest that brides (and grooms) look at bridal magazines or online wedding websites for ideas of styles they may like for their wedding prior to the initial appointment. I encourage couples to bring in or email photos that they are drawn to for inspiration.
