Introduction: Once Again Clean is an experienced residential and office cleaning company. We are licensed, insured, and ready to help with your cleaning needs. Our team is comprised of trained cleaners with background checks. References are available upon request. We are currently taking Covid-19 precautions, such as, wearing a mask and maintaining social distance while in clients homes. At Once Again Clean we use all our own cleaning supplies unless a client prefers we use theirs and we offer the use of eco-friendly cleaning products to clients who desire them. Once Again Clean offers basic/standard, deep, vacancy and move in/out cleanings and has discounts available for scheduled weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings. *Disclosure* Our option for "laundry" is turndown service, if you select "laundry" we will change the linens on all beds that you set clean linens on for us. 24-HOUR GUARANTEE: Since cleaning is a very personal and subjective service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer refunds to customers but will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with for free. Just let us know of any concerns or issues within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.

I saw an ad for Once Again Clean offering 10% off for first time cleanings so I figured I would give them a shot. They responded to my questions quickly and we were able to setup a date for them to clean. They were professional, showed up on time, efficient and left my house very clean. I was pleased with their price, customer service and performance so I am now scheduled for monthly cleanings with them. Highly recommend!

All pricing estimates are based on the services selected. Online estimates include bedrooms, bathrooms *please round up for all half bathrooms when selecting your services*, living room, dining room and kitchen. All additional rooms that require service will add additional costs to be discussed during your estimate. Any additional non pre-disclosed services or work required at the time of your cleaning will result in additional charges to be disclosed to you and agreed upon before the service is provided. We offer discounts for regularly scheduled cleanings *monthly-5% bi-weekly-10% weekly-15%* Your first cleaning is at full price and subsequent cleanings are at your discounted rate. DISCOUNTED RATES ONLY APPLY FOR SERVICES SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE AND FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS RECURRENCE

We prefer to set up virtual estimates due to Covid-19. We will do our very best to accurately estimate the cost of your cleaning service.

We have a combined 20 years of experience as a residential cleaners and in mid 2020 we branched out into commercial cleanings.
