- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are comparable to others in the same field. Transcription rates range from $1.00/audio minute to $1.65/audio minute depending on # of speakers and clarity. Additional services for admin. support/asst., data entry, virtual assistance ($28./hour), QB reconciliations, etc. is set at $30.00/hour. Discounts provided as well as flat fees for projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to me as a potential hire for their project, I encourage a phone conversation to discuss the project. Sometimes that is not necessary, therefore, the customer will then email instructions and deadline or send in the mail. A deadline date is established and the project begins. I am available 24/7 to the customer while working on their project.
