- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a nominal planning fee for my services, which extend well beyond making your reservations. I provide personalized travel documents, helpful travel information to prepare you for your trip, and exceptional customer service — available before, during, and after your travels. I also receive compensation from travel partners in the form of commission after clients return from their trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone consultation to discuss your travel plans. After signing our terms and conditions, I research vacations aligned with your preferences and provide a personalized proposal. We make any needed adjustments, finalize the proposal, and complete the reservation. From there, I provide your travel documents, helpful travel information, and an online itinerary. We’ll have a call before your trip to review final details and another after you return to hear about your experience!
