Jon has been instrumental in transforming my home into a modern and amazing space. I have had the chance to oversee Jon’s work countless times over the past year. Jon has provided services to me such as electrical (both indoor and outdoor), wood working, flooring, painting, plumbing, cabinetry, masonry, landscaping, home automation, general contracting consultancy, and other services. He successfully transformed my house from a dimly lit residence, to having more than 4X the number of lights. He advised on the types of the lights, the color temperature, the location and placement, and technical know-how on how to safely wire and mount the lights, and provided other relevant information. He repaired outlets and electrical situations that were previously not to code and brought them back up to code. He also wired to code a 100-amp outdoor electrical service which powers an outdoor sauna and hot tub with its own electrical substation. Jon’s craftsmanship is among the highest quality and his work has always been trouble free, and he is meticulous at checking his work before finishing a job. He is reasonable in pricing and is an overall pleasure to work with. In addition to his great craftsmanship, I have found Jon to be a trustworthy and honest individual. Jon has a rare skillset. He is both a good tradesman, as well as a designer. After a homeowner requests his services, he has the capability to see the project from end-to-end and to make it look polished—in some cases better than I imagined. He never accepts mediocrity and has also been useful in spotting substandard work from other contractors on the job and educated me as a homeowner how the job should be done. This saved me much time and money and allowed the overall home to succeed in its overall remodeling. I highly recommend Jon. You would be lucky to have him work on your project. I rehired him several times.
