- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can expect outstanding customer service and support throughout the entire planning process. We’ll help with suggestions, recommendations, and creative ideas for your awesome event! First, we invite you to browse the information at highimpactentertainment.com, gather information and formulate questions. We recommend checking out our Music Guide to help you with reception music ideas! To ensure we’re a good fit, we traditionally meet with prospective couples or clients at our design studio, coffeehouse or restaurant. For couples out of state or non-local, we use many types of video conferencing tools to accommodate you. After the audition, we’ll hold the date for one week and allow you time to think of additional questions for us. Once you’ve made your decision the booking process begins. We’ll draft the contract and send it to you for review. A retainer fee of $100.00 will secure the date. Welcome & planning emails are sent and we’ll set up your custom online planner. You’ll receive direct contact information to reach out at any point and discuss details about your event. Depending on your date, over the next few months we’ll work together to develop ideas and song lists, and answer any questions you have. Our planning software makes it easy to stay organized since you’re able to login on any computer or mobile device! Some additional features within the online planner include: Reception & Ceremony Planning Forms Song Request Tools Guest Song Requests & Links to Add to your own Wedding or event website We’ll conduct a final consult 1-3 weeks before your date to finalize the intricate details of your event. A basic example of this would be: — Timeline of Events — Music Selections & Dancefloor Discussions — Events & Activities — Anything Else At this point we’ll have a beautiful picture of how everything will flow, sound and feel. A few days before your event we’ll touch base again to check on any changes that may have occurred. With every detail customized and planned, it’s your turn to enjoy the event that you planned with us!
