I would have to say that what I provide as a health service is a very high degree pf experience and knowledge in working with the human body. I have had a career as a professional dancer for many years in the United States and in Europe, and have been a Professor of Dance at Point Park University in Pittsburgh for over 40 years. I studied at the Kripalu Yoga Institute in Massachusetts and have been teaching Yoga to groups and individuals in the Pittsburgh area for 25 years. And recently, after completing my Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program at Harmony Pilates in Pittsburgh, I passed my Pilates Method Alliance/Certified Pilates Teacher Exam and am now a fully certified Pilates instructor. I specialize in working with private clients to design a personal and specific exercise regime for them...one that draws upon nearly 50 years of experience and keen intuition as to what a particular body might need, physically and somatically, to return to a sense of well-being and ease of movement. This is what I do...this type of work has been my life journey!
