Introduction: I've spent over 20 years helping and teaching people about fitness in a variety of settings. I taught martial arts, I was an instructor with a law enforcement agency and finally, just less then a decade ago started a great training facility where I continue to change lives. In the last several years I took a deeper dive into learning about nutrition and how it applies to weight loss and sports performance. I've taken that knowledge and helped many existing and new clients with achieving their health and fitness goals. I have an AMAZING nutrition coaching platform that delivers a unique, simple to follow curriculum that doesn't just tell you what to eat but TEACHES you how to achieve your goals with food and nutrition. My coaching is sustainable, NOT about quick fixes and temporary results. I have plenty of information, the steps on how to apply that information to fit you, to meet YOUR challenges step by step. I love when I come together with a client and help them discover their true potential. It starts with small habits and physical abilities and then grows to outside the gym and seeps into, and improves other aspects of their lives!

Short version: If you're thinking about any form of personal training I would highly recommend Steve, he's incredibly knowledgable and knows how to teach you to get the best out of yourself. Steve worked with me during my on ramp at Crossfit West Chester. I had 6 sessions before starting Crossfit regularly. What blew me away working with Steve was his knowledge about everything that goes into the way my body moves, works and reacts during exercise. Coming from no regular workout to trying Crossfit for me, was fairly daunting. Working with Steve removed any concerns and he showed me I was capable of working out, and reaping the rewards. I've been doing Crossfit for a couple of months and have never felt better and I attribute that to the kick start I got with Steve.

If you're looking to improve you're fitness level or health in any way, regardless of your current fitness level, you need to stop by cfwc. Steve is a straight shooter, and is a master at helping you better understand how everything you do (or don't do) is connected. After working with Steve, you will quickly gain a deeper understanding of lifting techniques, human physiology, proper eating habits, and pretty much everything else affects your performance at the gym and your energy levels throughout the day. I'm not one of the elite athletes at CrossFit West Chester and I'm not trying to be one of them - my goal is simply to maintain a healthy lifestyle. And while I'm achieving that goal, I'm also stronger now and in better shape than I was 18, and that's pretty cool, too.
