Arnett and his team were excellent. The process was super easy, his team was on time, professional and completed the job in one day! The flooring is beautiful and they left everything spotless. I have heard about nightmares for flooringinstallation from other people and I feel thankful (and grateful) that I had a wonderful experience.

1st time customer and quite impressed! Arnett and his team installed my floors and made me a very happy customer! They were responsive, professional, worked quickly and explained the work to me. I requested additional work last minute and they accommodated. I highly recommend and will use them again for any flooring project! Don't hesitate if your deciding on a floorinstaller.

had floorsinstalled yesterday in the 3 guest bedrooms that originally had carpet. I spoke to a few different companies and only one was prompt and professional and not salesy. His name is Arnett Hudson and hes the owner of Footprints Floors.Also, I was able to find the manufacturer of the floors that the builder used. I called them and they still had the floors so Arnett was able to order them, pick them up, and have them installed.His team was very professional and did an amazing job! They lined up the floors perfectly to match the hallways and were meticulous in the quarter round. They cleaned up after themselves even cleaning the floors to inspect them.The pricing was very good compared to the others but I was already going to buy from him no matter what because of his professionalism and he was not pushy.Highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new carpet. install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
