The Southbound BBQ Company catered my son's first birthday, the food truck that showed up (on time) was all the rage and a fresh unique detail to the party. All of the quests, including myself raved about how amazing the service and the food were. For the party we chose the brisket, the pulled pork, the mac and cheese, baked beans and cole slaw. (These are just a few of the options you can select, there are many more to choose from on the website) All of the meats were perfectly seasoned and smoked to perfection! Truely mouth watering! And the sides were equally as delicious. All plates and utensils and condiments were provided which made for a very easy set up and clean up for me ( I didn't have to lift a finger in that department) Going forward I will continue to hire this company for all my party events! And I encourage you to as well. I hope you ENJOY your Southbound BBQ as much as I did

Catered several large tailgate parties for my customers and employees. Food was served on time, displayed impressively and most who had it stated is was the best BBQ they ever had.

I had the absolute pleasure of partaking of Brad's brisket, chicken & ribs at a couple of different events (Chadds Ford & Westchester) last year. It is absolutely the best Que north of Texas. His sides are outrageous as well, especially the Mac & Cheese! You gotta try it to appreciate it. I have got to find a way to hire him for one of my corporate events, if he'll come this far. Keep on cookin' Brad!
