- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual Federal and State returns ( including w-2 and 1099 input and dependent related forms) is $100. Schedule A is an additional $20. Other forms are charged extra. but don't worry the prices are not exorbitant
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Work via e-mail. Client e-mail's pictures of documents to me. We communicate via e-mail. When the work is completed, the client pays through Pay Pal and I e-file the return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years tax experience and I have completed the annual IRS exam.
