Introduction: I love languages. I speak, read, and write in Spanish, French, and English. I also teach each of these languages to people needing more aid and personal attention than the present class in school is offering. In addition, I teach Spanish, French, and English as a second language to business people needing to get a grasp of the language for their work and travel. I also do translations and interpretations for those who need to communicate in their nonnative language but would have trouble understanding and communicating clearly without help. My teaching method involves getting to know the client's interests and abilities and then using this information to talk together, read texts selected for that individual, and having them write pieces that are of personal interest and are used in their livelihood or leisure. My students "catch" my enthusiasm and find that learning with me is a lot of fun. I set up the experience, so that it seems natural and logical; the learning moves smoothly, and they make good progress.
