Biddle's Tree Care, owner is Kyle Biddle lives inn Williamsport, Pa and I live in Berks County. A 90 minute drive. He contacted me the first day I entered my project on line. He said he would be at my residence in two days. He text the next day to say that he would be here possibly a day later, because his wife was actually delivering their baby that day. He then text to say he would be here at the original specified time after all. His wife told him to come here and do the estimate. What a woman! Family and new baby are fine! When he was at my property to do the walk around, I told him what I was thinking and he gave me some very knowledgeable advice. I appreciated his honesty and open communication and went with his advice. His explanation of the project and specifics far exceeded what my knowledge is. He than, on the spot, gave me his verbal estimate, to be followed with an e-mail contract. His estimate was extremely fair. His quality of work, his work ethic and professionalism , communication, responsiveness and punctuality were beyond compare. I have dealt with may businesses in my career, and by far, Biddle's Tree Care (Kyle, owner), rates a 6.
