Ken has been essential to our parental controls and security in our home. He configured a unique system specific to our needs. There are two Internet systems in place: one for kids which shuts down from 7pm-7am, as well as a parental system. There are not enough praises possible. He arrived less than twelve hours, including over night, after I contacted him. He also will upgrade our Internet coverage due to a stone fireplace blocking the signal to the bedrooms. Ken is approachable, flexible and extraordinarily experienced in his craft.
