- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer’s needs and understanding the project details. I provide clear communication, discuss the best solution, explain the process, and make sure the work is completed safely, professionally, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 6-month certificate in Electromechanics, which gave me training in electrical systems, mechanical equipment, troubleshooting, and technical skills related to repair and maintenance work
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started gaining hands-on construction experience by volunteering with the Habitat for Humanity housing program since 2025. Through this experience, I developed skills in construction, repairs, teamwork, and helping complete quality home improvement projects.
