What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate due to my professionalism. I only charge for the time I'm there. I do, however , charge flat rates for certain items that need special attention or if you are only wanting a specific area or item cleaned. i.e refrigerator, oven. windows, etc. Otherwise, everything else is a standard hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If practical, I will come out & meet you first to do a walk around & discuss what you'd like done & I will explain my routine to you. I then will give you an estimate based on the work needing done & approximately how long it will take me to do it. I supply all cleaning supplies.
I will also supply references or any other details you'd like should you decide to hire me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the cleaning industry since 2007 & have worked with various companies & for myself. I have also done various types of cleaning such as residential. commercial & office.
