I had two large areas in the ceiling that had been cut out by a plumber to search for water leakage, and I needed to have these areas of the ceiling repaired. Dima responded to my inquiry immediately. He made sure he understood what I was asking for. He even took the time to visit the following day in person to look at the project, and he made certain that I understood how he would proceed with the job. He made several great suggestions about various ways to proceed. He started and completed the project the following day after visiting my home to view the project. His work is perfect and he goes the extra mile. The price he charges for his excellent work product is very good. He is punctual, professional and cleans up 100% after completing the project. I highly recommend Dima.

We purchased our home in south Hanover several weeks ago and quickly decided we needed to paint the place before we really unpacked. As we were considering colors and whatnot we noticed a number of areas in the drywall that needed repairing — nails popping through the drywall, gaps from the house settling, drywall seam tape coming loose, etc. (what can I say, poor construction — it isn’t an old house). The point being, we decided to hire someone with drywall expertise and while reaching out to various contractors on Thumbtack, came upon Project Guy Dima. His reviews were consistently 5 stars, comments uniformly positive, and rates competitive so we decided to give him a shot. The glowing reviews were spot on. He showed up on time, did an excellent job addressing/fixing the various drywall issues, was polite, and did an excellent job cleaning up when finished. Most important of all, the quality of his work was outstanding. When he finished the walls looked as new! Will not hesitate to recommend Project Guy Dima. p.s., as he finished the job I was receiving quotes to paint the house and asked him if he was interested is giving me a quote. He came back several days late to look it over and consider how long it would take. He later sent me his quote and as before, was competitive. While he wasn’t the lowest price—he was close, the quality of his work weighed in his favor so we gave the job to him. More to come about that!
