Heated water that is directed by high-pressure jets is used to relieve pain and stiffness and reduce stress. Myofascial therapy and trigger point therapy are very effective and specialized hands-on techniques that provide sustained pressure into restrictive, tight muscles to help restore motion and eliminate that pain. For example, the neck may not be capable of turning fully and freely due to muscular restrictions. This muscle-based therapy allows for a greater range of pain relief as well as motion.
