Once you're ready to move forward, we schedule a professional installation at your convenience. Our certified technicians install and test your system, walk you through every feature, help you set up the mobile app, and answer any questions before leaving. After installation, we remain your local point of contact for ongoing support, service, and future system upgrades, ensuring your security system continues to meet your needs for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines decades of experience in security, public safety, and risk management. Co-owner Tyler Hoff brings more than 15 years of experience in the electronic security industry and holds the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation through ASIS International—the gold standard certification for security professionals. Co-owner Matthew Hoertz is a former law enforcement officer and successful business owner with extensive experience helping individuals and businesses identify and manage risk. In addition, our technicians receive manufacturer training and certification on the equipment we install, including the latest smart security and home automation technologies.
