Northern Virginia is full or large, beautiful homes. They require a lot of care to keep them sparkling. We offer Soft Wash technology for cleaning your siding: it kills the green & black mildew and algae that grows--especially on the north side of your house--due to our humid climate. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Anyone with a $200 pressure washer from Home Depot can clean your house--right? High-pressure is not ideal--it forces water into the nooks and crannies and pressure alone won't kill the algae/mildew that makes your house turn black & green over time. We offer Soft-Wash technology (high volume/low pressure water cleaning) with just enough soap to kill the bad stuff on the house--but not harm the plants on the ground. When it comes to getting your windows clean there are a few quick and cheap window cleaners around (they come and go). You'd think all it takes is a ladder and a bucket. Please shop around. We're not the cheapest in town--but we're the most thorough and careful. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for with window cleaning. It's not rocket-science--it's just labor intensive to get it right.
