Hi! The Exclusive Cleaning Co., LLC offers very competitive pricing. There are no "extras" and the rate discussed is the rate you pay, no surprises :-) Our rates are also tailored to match your personalized cleaning needs, there is no umbrella pricing, and we like to be transparent and clear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi! l like to meet my new clients face to face, which gives me the opportunity to introduce myself, get an idea of their cleaning needs, discuss the pricing structure, availability and answer any concerns/questions they might have. It also allows me to see the potential property to be cleaned, whether it be residential or commercial to ensure l am prepared 100% to provide exclusive service! More importantly, meeting the client gives them a chance to get to know me a little, build some confidence and trust with someone they will be letting into their home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education or training. However, as a homeowner and mother, l enjoy a clean home. Cleaning is a passion, l have great attention to detail and love to see homes transformed with my hard work.
