Posy Princess says, "I had planned on replacing flooring in a couple of small rooms, "eventually" but when my family decided they would plan a (surprise) visit for my birthday in 4 days, I wished that I had already replaced the flooring. I took a leap of faith and called Angie ( referral company) They gave me 3 names and I was told they would call me. Lord Wood ( Anna) called me almost immediately. I knew I had a small job with a BIG ask, but I was hoping that I would find a company who was in- between jobs and might fit my small job in. Humberto sent me a quote within minutes after speaking with Anna, whom took my info. The price was reasonable and affordable for my budget. The second company phoned hours later, and after he hemmed and hawed and gave a list of reasons, he he told me that the job was small. I wanted wood laminate flooring in a long hallway with an open sitting area. Small perhaps, but important ( for me) The 3rd company did not phone until the next day. I spoke with Humberto on Monday, and he said he would do the job the next day ( as he had an opening between jobs) and my family is due to arrive Thursday am. He was polite, professional, courteous, and clean, from start to finish. He did the finishing touches that I requested and brought my vision to reality, and all in one day.I most highly recommend this company. Integrity is alive and well."See more
