- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a set pricing system because I base it on the type of work being hired for. I do require half down, non-refundable fee after we have finalized what services are being provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet in person, sit down and discuss what they are looking for, then arrange for a time and place. We can do a phone screening then set up a session as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a A.A. in Video & Motion Graphics. I also worked as a Paraprofessional for five years, working with grades K-12, primarily with special needs. I also have several websites, magazines and books that I refer to and study from. I have some wonderful wedding photography books for those who aren't quite sure on what they want. I have articles and videos I refer to also, to keep my mind fresh with new ideas and to trouble-shoot areas I may not be familiar with. I also take suggestion from friends who are photographers. They are kind to share ideas that worked well for them or allowing me to bounce ideas off of them.
