I had a water and mold issue in my basement. Louie was quick to respond and able to start working on it in a timely manner as the condition was worsening and I was getting ready to sell the house. He did a great job at mold remediation, installed a sump pump and dehumidifier. Would recommend using his services again, thank you Louie!

This past weekend we had had a brand new finished basement fill bul with water that just would not stop coming. Pro Restoration One arrived within an hour after reaching out and worked almost around the clock for 2.5 days. We cannot thank Lou enough, he mad an extremely stressful and uncertain situation much less stresful. Lou continuolsy reassured us, that as bad as it was/looked, he would get it cleaned up so we can start the fix. There were times I thought they would just give up, as it was literally like something out of a movie. Multiple contractors and engineers told us they have never seen anything like it in thier lives. We are in the drying and anti mold phase, Lou reassured us he would be back regularly to monitor and treat as needed. Lou explained everything each step along the way, and why he had to do certain things. It ended up being a much bigger project than he expected, but he honored the quoted price. Avoid the big guys with the fancy trucks, Lou and his guys will run circles around them.
