- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
REFERRAL DISCOUNT We are humbled by the loyalty our clients show in referring us to their family and friends. To show our appreciation, we will reduce your next tax preparation fee by $25 for each person you refer to us, who becomes a new client of ours and has their 2018 return prepared by us. The new client you refer will also receive a $25 reduction in their tax preparation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client's can choose to supply all documentation via a secure client portal or they may visit my office located in Riverside, Rhode Island.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant with a Master's of Professional Accountancy. I complete 40 hours of continuing education each year to stay on top of the latest tax laws and regulations that may affect my clients.
