Please Note for Accurate Quotes: To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, I kindly ask that you account for 1 hours prior to guest arrival for load-in, setup, soundcheck, restroom break, and a brief check-in with the event planner (and maybe a quick snack). Additionally, 30 minutes post-event is needed for breakdown and load-out. Total additional time on-site: 1.5 hours. For example, if your event runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (4 hours), please select 6 total hours when requesting a quote to reflect my full time on-site.
