Kelsey responded to my needs, and was very gracious. I expressed my need to have her come to my mother’s home to do her hair as she was unable to leave her home. Unfortunately, we were not able to work with her, because my mother passed away prior to the planned time of the appointment. It meant so much to me that she was willing to consider this special circumstance.
