- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to put my eyes on the job to make a thorough plan to address the issue I am called in for. I always discuss the plans w a customer and make sure they understand and are comfortable with the next steps of action. Sometimes I have to purchase specific parts before working. Then, I follow through with the plan. When I have finished I always test everything I worked on and check for leaks. I am not done until the job is complete and tested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to 4 year of plumbing school.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I apprenticed for a large industrial construction company. I have done new construction, renovations, commercial and residential service for other companies, but now I work for my own business.
