Very friendly and courteous individual. Ready to work and to provide the service required. However, when it comes to execution he fell short of delivering a quality product. Disorganized, work was sloppy with little attention to the finishing touches of the railings he was needed to install. He was supposed to comeback to complete the work but never showed up again (it’s been over 2 months). Now I am left with doing to detailed work on the railing, sanding, caulking, staining and touching up white paint. In some areas of the top railing you can clearly see the misalignment between posts which I already fixed. He is very willing to work but he fell short of performing the job he was hired to do.

Where do I begin? I only needed a medicine cabinet installed, the problem was the hole in wall from the previous cabinet was slightly smaller. I myself a petite woman removed the previous medicine cabinet by myself. That is why I am in surprised that they brought 2 laborers for a simple task. And they charge for each laborer. Apparently one cleans however they left a complete mess. They charged me for 4 hours. They were here for barely for 2.5 hours. Not to mention they didn’t have all the supplies so they had to run to Home Depot and I got charged for the time it took them and the supplies. They didn’t even leave the remaining supplies like they said. (My husband was there so he knew how long they were there). The reason I’m not doing it myself is because I’m pregnant. They also charge for travel fyi. Maybe the job would’ve been done faster if they didn’t reek of marijuana as well. Don’t bother with finding anyone one thumbtack, the good handyman don’t need the online marketing.
