About
Hi, and congratulations on starting your search for the right cleaner to care for your property. At Demitri’s Cleaning Service LLC, we take trust and quality personally. Whether your space sees a handful of people or thousands each day, every property matters. A clean environment brings peace of mind, fewer illnesses, and more joy for everyone who walks through your doors.
As a dedicated, commercial cleaning business, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. I tailor each cleaning to your specific property and priorities so you get exactly what you need—not just a quick wipe-down.
If you’re ready for reliable, personalized commercial cleaning, let’s talk about how I can help keep your space looking its best.

Demitri is professional and responsive. Hire him for small jobs. His specialty is not in deep cleaning. He's probably better to stick with smaller jobs. You must be specific on what your expectations are. When my expectations were not met, he took ownership and was professional in working with me on a solution. I appreciate the way he handled the situation and reacted.

Demitri did an amazing job and I highly recommend him! Hes very courteous, polite, efficient, punctual and responded quickly whenever I reached out. He really took the time to answer all of my questions and listened to my concerns and my biggest priorities, and I couldnt be happier with his services. FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of March 3rd, offering 10% off in exchange for a review. I offer referral discounts after your first clean as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning with a new client I will do a walkthrough, discuss expectations, and then once everything has been clarified send over a service agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I am pursuing a bachelors degree in psychology. While it may seem unrelated it has granted me great empathy, and understanding of how our behaviors shape our environment and vice versa. Cleaning is more than just looks it is peace of mind.
