- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of March 3rd, offering 10% off in exchange for a review. I offer referral discounts after your first clean as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning with a new client I will do a walkthrough, discuss expectations, and then once everything has been clarified send over a service agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I am pursuing a bachelors degree in psychology. While it may seem unrelated it has granted me great empathy, and understanding of how our behaviors shape our environment and vice versa. Cleaning is more than just looks it is peace of mind.
