Demitri is professional and responsive. Hire him for small jobs. His specialty is not in deep cleaning. He's probably better to stick with smaller jobs. You must be specific on what your expectations are. When my expectations were not met, he took ownership and was professional in working with me on a solution. I appreciate the way he handled the situation and reacted.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of March 3rd, offering 10% off in exchange for a review. I offer referral discounts after your first clean as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning with a new client I will do a walkthrough, discuss expectations, and then once everything has been clarified send over a service agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I am pursuing a bachelors degree in psychology. While it may seem unrelated it has granted me great empathy, and understanding of how our behaviors shape our environment and vice versa. Cleaning is more than just looks it is peace of mind.
