Our wedding ceremony was planned to be at 10:30 and he showed up before even us (we arrived at 10) to set everything up which was unexpected and GREATLY appreciated. My wife brought props they wanted to use and he accommodated them all beautifully. I had previously explained the style I was hoping for our photos to be in and he NAILED IT!! He went to our picture locations and scouted spots so we could choose which pictures we wanted ahead of time which was another thing I greatly appreciated. He was very respectful in hearing our ideas for poses and not smiling and he even started doing half pictures with a smile and half without which I thought was great just because I think it really shows he cares about how YOU feel about your photos. Sooooo excited to get mine back!! 1000% recommend!!!!"See more

I hired Mark to take photos of my artwork that was on exhibit at a gallery. His promised timeliness, had previous work experience with a museum, and the images he showed me as samples were professional. Those things made me choose him. His price was high but I thought his samples were professionally shot and he could meet my deadline. I am sorry I hired him. He showed me a view of an image from his camera viewfinder and because I shook my head and said "ya" that he didn't need to do anything else with any of the images. The pictures are too light, no cropping or photoshopping was done so background imperfections have been left and are a distraction. Price stickers are in the image, pieces in the window have buildings in the background. He promised details of each artwork and non were taken. I made the mistake of paying him once I got the images on dropbox, after he promised retakes but before my retakes were taken. Now he has nothing for me but excuses. I also asked if I could pay by credit card, he mentioned the rate was 2.75% and I said yes, (I know this because I own a business as well). I was charged the extra and when I asked him why my bill was not what we agreed upon, he said reminded me about the CC rate. I was never told I would be paying that as an extra fee and never charge my customers more because I accept credit cards. I have had to take the images I received from Mark and redo every one of them myself in photoshop. Very expensive mistake.
