I hired Francisco (JIB Electric) for a complex job diagnosing an old Victorian house for locations of knob and tube wiring, then rewiring. I selected him after doing walkthroughs and getting quotes from 5 different electricians, and I am very happy with the work he did. Communication with him was easy (direct call/text vs leaving messages with an office). He provided clear quotes on time, checked in before major decisions were made about approach or adding work to scope, coordinated with my tenants professionally, and completed post-job paperwork that I needed promptly. Finally, He was very reasonable about pricing. I couldn’t recommend Francisco more highly, and I plan to call him for future electrical work.
