Francisco came quickly when I reported that we were having issues with water getting into our electrical panel from our meter outside. He replaced a dead AFCI circuit breaker in the panel, removed some old, cracked putty around the meter, and sealed that and the weatherhead with silicone instead. He charged us an extremely reasonable price for the work, happily answered all of my questions, and provided some peace of mind. I'll gladly hire him for future work around the house.
