.not really, I usually charge by the project, some times 2 identical project will take different time and process to get done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first tell them what I've be doing so they know the process of the project, also let them know that other issues may occur once the project is started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I think the best education stars with yourself, so I read, research, try and error, and the one thing I think is the most important self education.(books)
