Any requests for services within 24 hours is considered an “Emergency Booking” and there are additional fees. Essentially…Choose any booking time between 8:00am and 6:00pm and we can begin work. Anything booked after 12pm, must be moved to the next day. Required Deposit: All services require a non-refundable security deposit upon booking our services ranging from 10% to 25% of the estimates quote, depending on the size of your project. We try not to complicate the process of being able to use our services. The price you see on Thumbtack does not include our $129.00 Admin Fee. Please include this in your esitimation of using our services. Here's an example billing model for you: Admin Fee: $129.00 Services: (Couch, Desk, Chair) $290.00 Total Bill: $419.00 Other Example Items for bill consideration are for mileage, moving distance, infestations, itemized charges, Etc.
