Introduction: It has a sense of delight and whimsy and this makes the writing and the work more accessible - even the most technical of topics, when handled deftly, are more readable and more memorable and more, worth talking about if they are approached with a unique vision: a different or slightly different point of view. That I love what I do - that I love to create, research, find the angle that no-one else has yet found or one, anyway, that is wholly unique and unexpected. To find whimsy in the right places while maintaining the importance of a given piece. The challenge of creating something wholly unique and wholly memorable as well as instantly recognizable in style, tone, brand.

I've hired Sadi on a number of occasions over the past few years to write email letters and website content and always she delivered superb work. I've also recommended her to various business associates and they've told me how pleased they were with the work she delivered.

I hired Sadi several times to edit art book projects at the MFA Boston. Her work was excellent, on time, and exactly what we needed. She is also a terrific copy writer, and is very skilled at rewriting technical prose in language accessible to the general reader. I was highly impressed by her work on medical and IT websites, which synthesized huge amounts of complex information, and by her effective editing of various promotional pieces for a prominent law firm, which improved them considerably. Strongly recommended.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm always learning new things, either playing with software or web site builders or taking online courses just to stay in good shape and always to learn -

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

It's what i've done my whole life and always wanted to do. I never thought about it beyond that and never questioned it. I would write.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My best advice is to always understand that a good writer is a good writer. A person who has simply more experience in say writing about auto engines versus someone who does NOT may not be the "right" hire. Good writing goes hand in hand with good solid data and research: most subjects can be learned by a smart writer and I count myself in that group. Look at the skill of the writer, less at the subject matter, more at the style and the way subject matter is handled. Then understand that this can be parlayed into any subject.... Then you can't go wrong. You can only win.
