Bob built us a unique closet in a tight spot, between a doorway and a window in an old house with crooked walls, ceilings and floors. The finished closet looks great! We didn't have a design for him to work with, but he's a good communicator and listened to our needs for the layout. He added matching trim around the base on the inside, and he even moved a closet rod up without complaining after we changed our minds about the position. He installed it quickly and cleaned up well! I feel the need to say something negative so I don't sound like a robot, so the only minor issue was a few small paint splotches in the surrounding area.

Admir is a fantastic handyman.. He is on time, very neat and does not leave any mess. He also is very knowledgeable and has many skills. I hired him to replaced 5 electical outlets that needed to be updated and he repaired my small bathroom porcelain floor. Admir prices are reasonable. I would definately hire him again to repair, replace, or another project I may have in the near future.

Emanuel, Roger, and Eva were great to work with during our bathroom window repair and bedroom painting. They went the extra mile and seemed really committed to doing things right and carefully.

Did a great job gutting out wet yucky tiled bathroom walls and replacing all 3 sides with vinyl instead. Rebuilt wall behind with Blue board. Professionally done. Fixed leaky toilet. Replaced fans and both light fixtures. Frugal shopper which I appreciated. Showed me how to save money by shopping wisely. Very honest. Left him important keys. Sent me pictures of materials before buying them. Provided Receipt. Rate was fair. Changed vanity too. Pretty much remodeled two bathrooms. I was very happy and impressed.

Royal Contracting has done at least three projects for us, one was a paint job and repair of wall that had been soaked through during an ice storm. The other two were mostly painting and wall repair. In all cases Royal Contracting's work was excellent in terms of the quality of their work, the courtesy of their workers, their ability to keep to a timeline. I no longer have to seek a new contractor for any job that comes up in this home. I know that Royal Contracting will do first rate job.

They installed that sliding glass door, built.the stairs, and raised/leveled the shed.

Paul performed a myriad of small to medium repair jobs for me in the spring and summer. From tricky electrical work, repairing a bathroom ceiling beautifully and in a cost-effective way, getting my doorbell working again well and at minimum cost, to putting ACs in, and painting, Paul worked efficiently, carefully, and creatively. I found Paul to be an excellent communicator, a great problem solver, doing his work efficiently and creatively. He was open to suggestions, and did his work always being in great spirits. I know it's a cliche, but indeed no job was too big or too small for Paul. I've had handymen before, but Paul stands out for his skills, efficiency, creativity, communication, dependability, and great attitude. I've already begun making a list for fall projects for Paul: taking out and storing ACs, hanging new shades, and opening some large lateral file cabinets of which I lost the keys, and more to come. I also have recommended Paul to a friend in the area.

Tim and his team where professional and did a fantastic job at installing all new construction window, siding, and doors. They treated my home and family with respect. Tim found additional issues when performing work on my home and was extremely fair with his pricing for the additional repairs. What impressed me and my wife the most was the teams work ethic. Even with the additional add ons and bad weather Tim met his deadline for completion. I would recommend Tim to anyone. Great job guys we love how you transformed the outside of our home.

I hired Ed Miller, the Porter Square Handyman, to repair a sliding door between our kitchen and deck. He understood the problem right away and did a beautiful job. The door now slides easily, and it also looks like new again. Ed's pricing was very reasonable, he was very clear about what he was going to do and extremely nice to work with. I will hire him again for all of my handyman needs, including very soon to measure and install blinds for my bedroom, and highly recommend him.

Steve came highly recommended to me from a family member. I had mini blinds installed in 11 windows, bathroom cabinets hung, and a vanity/sink/faucet installed. He completed all the work quickly and gave an accurate estimate so no surprises with the bill. I'm in an older home with a few quirks and he knew the workarounds. I am very pleased with his work and will continue to use him for all my redecorating needs as well as home repairs.

Our assocoation is in far better shape since he started. His work ranged from overseeing multiple contractors for both landscaping and maintenance, to hands on repair and refurbishment. We had a big painting job that he managed very well, as well as unexpected storm damage, leaks and a miriad of other problems. In our home, rob repaired windows, doors, patched walls, etc. He laid a new patio for us, as well. All of ROb's work has been excellent and he has stood behind his product.
