- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and has no hidden fees added on. What we quote is what you pay. We provide Quality professional work with highly skilled professional crews who show up on time, clean, neat, and keep the job site clean, respecting your home like it is your own. We are a family-owned business, when we do your job, we treat your job like it is in our own home, so the results are nothing but top shelf!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At TommaHawk we as the owners will meet with potential clients in person, so we can immediately make a connection, and see what their vision and dreams are for their project. We want to see the space, feel what the client wants to have happen, and help the client to make their dream come true. We measure the space, fill out an extensive proprietary project checklist capturing all the wants and desires for the new space, looking to keep within the client's budget. When we agree on the project costs, we set a start date, sign a contract that meets with everyone's approval, and then get the party started! We handle all aspects of the project from demo to final cleanup, so you have only one point of contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the TommaHawk members and affiliates are highly skilled in their respective areas of expertise and tradecrafts, earning either specific licenses or obtaining specific registrations for their trades. All of our specialists are fully insured as well.
